Warm-up

Dynamic warm-up | 3:00

On a 3:00 clock:
200-meter run
10 jumping jacks
5 push-ups from the knees
10 jumping jacks
10 air squats
10 jumping jacks
5 push-ups
10 jumping jacks
10 air squats

MURPH

- RX -
For time:
1,600-m run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1,600-m run
- Partition anyhow.
- Wear a weight vest if you have one (14/20 lb).

- INTERMEDIATE -
For time:
1,600-m run
50 pull-ups
100 push-ups
150 air squats
1,600-m run
- Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.
- Head out for the second run no later than 25:00.

- BEGINNER -
For time:
800-m run
Then:
10 rounds:
5 ring rows
10 hand-elevated push-ups
15 air squats
Then:
800-m run
- Head out for the second run no later than 20:00."

Stretching

1 set:
1:00 scorpion stretch/side
1:00 banded overhead external rotation stretch/side
1:00 couch stretch/side

Masters 55+

1-mile run

- Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.

- Partition the sit-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with the run. If able, wear a 20-lb (9 kg) vest or body armor.

Snatch, clean or jerk:
3 reps x 2 sets at 70-80%

- Last set should be the heaviest set.

Strength III

4 sets for load:
100-meter dumbbell farmers carry
1:00 sandbag bear-hug hold
- Use two dumbbells for the farmers carry.

Skill I

5 sets:

Stamina I

6 rounds for calories:

- Hold 300/400+ watts.

Dropped in last week while traveling for work. Great space with a friendly staff. Members were welcoming and very encouraging during the WOD. Definitely one of the best drop-in experiences I have ever had. Well worth checking out when you are in Vegas. Also the fact they are a nonprofit helping veterans is a massive bonus and inspiring as a coach myself.

Dropped in from SLC. I went to the 5:30 am class. I was very impressed with the coaching (nick), equient and location. The other gym members (6 total including me) were friendly and welcoming. We started out with a few organized warmups (to help recover from Murph yesterday) followed by a good AMRAP. The drop-in procedure online was quick and easy. I will definitely be dropping in again! If you are looking for a box to join or drop-in to, check this place out!

Coming from Kingman Az... By far this was the best gym that I've dropped in at. Everyone was very friendly. Coach Nick made sure I was doing all of the movements right. The gym is super clean. Thank you all for a wonderful time!!!
